Delete your account

Using the iOS app? You do not need this page — delete your account directly in the app: For Parents → Delete Account. If you no longer have the app, email mathsight@timebook.xin.

Option 1 — In the Android app (instant)

Open For Parents (the grown-ups area, protected by a parent gate) → Delete Account. This deletes your account and learning data immediately. It cannot be undone.

How to get there: on the home screen tap the person icon at the top right, then answer the parent gate. That opens the grown-ups settings page, where Delete Account sits at the bottom.

Option 2 — Without the app (Android)

Fill in the form below. We verify the request against your purchase record and complete it within 7 business days. We reply to the email address you provide, if any.

Account ID (required)

Open For Parents → Account ID → Copy (at the bottom of that page). If you cannot open the app at all, use your Google Play order number instead — that is enough for us to find the account.

What gets deleted

Learning progress, playback positions, watch history, favourites, annotations on worksheets, saved files and any problem reports you have sent.

What we keep, and why

Subscription and transaction records are retained for the period required by tax and accounting law, and are used only for reconciliation and refunds. They are not used for marketing. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions) or the App Store (Apple Account), otherwise it renews.
